According to the “experts” reviewing products in magazines, the latest scam…or” supplement” is “the one” that’s going to perform magic on your body. It’s “the one that is designed especially for guys like you. There’s only one problem. This new supplement designed just for you, has the same ingredients as in it that the last supplement,only in a different bottle. The “experts” are nothing more than pumped up salesmen.
Ask yourself this question: Did the last product you were sold deliver what it promised? I already know the answer. You’re here, aren’t you? The truth is, every major fitness magazine is owned and operated by a supplement company. The bulk of their income doesn’t come from magazine subscriptions or newsstand sales, but from the pills and powders they use to pump cash out of your pocket.

So basically…the guys who give the reviews, work for the companies who make the product they are pushing in their magazine that they sell on the newstand! Amazing, isn’t it?
Now we both know that the bodybuilding industry will NEVER tell you the Muscle Building secrets. They’re too busy selling you lies in the form of pills, powders and liquids. And they’re laughing all the way to the bank!
But if I told you you could get your hands on a system that possess the no-holds-barred truth that will tell you how to gain that muscle mass you’ve always desired…would you act on it? Don’t worry, you still have time to make up your mind.

How do I gain weight and build muscle without the pills and powders?
I feel like I need to get bigger but I want to do it naturally and I don’t want to take pills roids or drink weight gainer HOWEVER if ther was a combo of different foods to mix together or blend together I’d drink tht help please?
High protein foods (like chicken and nuts) are good. Work out Regularly, at increasing difficulty each time. Cardio is good, but burns fat and makes you lean, so if you are a stick maybe light cardio to stay healthy, but nothing intensive.

before you start.
1) look at your genetics (is your moms and pops aunts uncles etc overweight? chunky? unhealthy?)
if so, stop here and think of something else that would make you happy.
2) talk to your doctor about what’s healthy and then go for it. but stay true to a strict plan and work hard at it.
3) don’t fall for the fake stuff. if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS

Eat more protein and exercise. Eggs, milk, peanut butter are a good sources of protein. Lift weights, do some exercises to give your body a reason to make more muscle.

There is no question of feeling.From your age you can find out the correct weight for you.If you find you are underweight then only take extra food.As regards building muscles,better go to local gym.

i dont understand why you dont want to take any whey???? your workouts will be flippin pointless if you dont take whey
unles right after every workout you go buy 2 or 3 bottles of nesquick or some sorta strawberry/chocolate milk which can be more expensive

You can follow following diet and fitness tips for better results: -
Diet:

First tip is turn vegetarian, have 5 time meals rather.
You can have seafood also.
breakfast of cereals, milk and egg only,
lunch u can have beans on bread, dal rice, bread with baked/ boiled vegetables
have light dinner, again u can have bread and salad with gravy, pulses
avoid chicken, beef, pork, cheese, paneer, pizzas and junk food.
Avoid rice at night
learn some recipes for healthy food. You can look for alternates like fish, crab, prawns, Soya, Mushrooms etc..
Exercise:

Divide muscles in 3 groups
Chest / Triceps:
Bench press, dumbell Flies/ Curls (lying on bench), inclined dumbell press, pecdec
overhead dumbell tricep curl, narrow grip bench press, narrow hands push ups, dips, bending triceps dumbell curl, overhead barbell tricep curl
Shoulders/ Legs:
Shoulder press with dumbells, shoulder press with barbell backside, military press, front dumbell raises, side dumbell raises, shoulder shruggs
Squats, spot running, lunges, Calve raises, dumbell squats, leg pullies
Back / Biceps:
Pull ups, Front Pullovers, back pullovers, barbell rowing, dumbell rowing, single dumbell raises,
Biceps curl with dumbell, hammer curls, biceps curls with barbell, biceps curl with bend barbell, concentration curl, reverse curls
You can combine Abs/ wrists workout each alternatively with above muscle groups, you can do wrist curls with light dumbells, barbells, reverse curls etc. For abs you can do crunches, leg raises etc.
Reps:
For 1st month make stamina and muscle strength in you. Do sets of 15-20-25 reps with light weights (reducing weights increasing reps)
You will become lean and well shaped with above workout
Now come to gain muscle size, start with moderate heavy weight now, u will do 12-10-8 reps now (increasing weight reducing reps), if require take someone help to lift heavy weights. We call it spotting.

Although it is true that JUNK food helps you in weight gain , in a unhealthy & not very recommendable way.
Focus on eating healthy food (Dry fruits, Fruit, Mixed fruit Juice, Fatty fish ,
Chicken,poultry, )
Take a protein & fat rich diet since you want to gain muscles.
Go for Aerobics , Gym.
Keep A food Journal
Eat 6 Times a day (small meals)
